YourMarketingPal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this marketing website, the centralized account system at account.yourmarketingpal.com, and the WishPal, LaterPal, InvitePal, and UnfriendPal Chrome extensions. This Privacy Policy covers how we handle your data.

1. This Website

This website (yourmarketingpal.com) is a marketing site. It does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and does not use cookies for authentication. We collect anonymous usage analytics through Vercel Analytics to understand traffic patterns. No personal data is stored in these analytics.

2. Centralized Account

YourMarketingPal provides centralized account management at account.yourmarketingpal.com. One account gives you access to all Pal tools. You sign up once and use the same credentials across WishPal, LaterPal, InvitePal, and UnfriendPal.

We set cookies on the .yourmarketingpal.com domain so you stay logged in across all Pal apps. These cookies are used for authentication only. They do not track your browsing activity outside our services.

3. Our Chrome Extensions

Each app handles its own domain-specific data independently. Your birthday templates live in WishPal. Your scheduled posts live in LaterPal. Your invitation automations live in InvitePal. Your friends list scans live in UnfriendPal. No app accesses another app's data.

  • LaterPal (laterpal.yourmarketingpal.com) stores data for the post scheduling extension.
  • InvitePal (invitepal.yourmarketingpal.com) stores data for the page and group invitations extension.
  • UnfriendPal (unfriendpal.yourmarketingpal.com) stores data for the friends list cleanup extension.

This policy covers shared principles across all four apps.

4. Data We Collect (Via Extensions)

Account Information

When you create an account at account.yourmarketingpal.com, we collect your name and email address. This single account is used across all Pal tools. Payment information for paid plans is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Extension Data

All extensions operate within your Chrome browser. They interact with Facebook to perform automated actions (birthday wishes, scheduled posts, invitations, friends list scans). They do not transmit your Facebook password or private messages to our servers.

Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage analytics and error tracking via Vercel Analytics and Sentry to improve our products.

5. How We Use Your Information

7. Chrome Extension Data

WishPal

WishPal accesses Facebook birthday pages within your browser to detect upcoming friend birthdays and post birthday wishes. It does not access private messages, photos, or any other Facebook data beyond what is needed for birthday wish automation.

LaterPal

LaterPal accesses Facebook within your browser to publish scheduled posts to your profile and groups. It does not access private messages or data beyond what is needed for post scheduling.

InvitePal

InvitePal accesses Facebook within your browser to send page and group invitations to your friends. It does not access private messages or data beyond what is needed for invitation automation.

UnfriendPal

UnfriendPal accesses your Facebook friends list within your browser to scan for inactive, deactivated, and low-engagement connections. It does not access private messages or data beyond what is needed for friends list analysis.

All extensions store preferences locally in Chrome storage and sync settings with their respective dashboards. No Facebook credentials are transmitted to or stored on our servers.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove all personal data, templates, settings, and uploaded content within 30 days. Anonymous usage analytics may be retained for product improvement.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Delete: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Export: Request a machine-readable export of your data.
  • Correct: Update or correct your personal information from your dashboard.
