Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of YourMarketingPal, including the WishPal, LaterPal, InvitePal, and UnfriendPal Chrome extensions and their associated web applications (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

YourMarketingPal provides Chrome browser extensions for automating Facebook marketing activities:

  • WishPal automates sending birthday wishes (wall posts and messages) to your Facebook friends.
  • LaterPal automates scheduling and publishing posts to your Facebook profile and groups.
  • InvitePal automates sending page and group invitations to your Facebook friends.
  • UnfriendPal scans your friends list for inactive and low-engagement connections and helps you clean up in bulk.

The extensions run within your Chrome browser and perform actions on Facebook using your active browser session. They do not use Facebook's API or require your Facebook password.

2. Accounts

You create one account at account.yourmarketingpal.com. This single account gives you access to all Pal tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Each tool offers free and paid plans. Each tool has its own pricing. All billing is handled through Stripe via account.yourmarketingpal.com.

  • Prices are displayed in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel subscriptions for any tool from your account dashboard at account.yourmarketingpal.com.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription or upgrade. Contact support@yourmarketingpal.com for refund requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and Facebook's Terms of Service. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, misleading content, or unsolicited commercial messages
  • Impersonate other individuals or misrepresent your identity
  • Use the Service to harass, bully, or harm others
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or usage restrictions
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extensions or any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
  • Use the Service in ways that violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all code, design, branding, and content, is owned by YourMarketingPal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Content you create using the Service (templates, messages, posts) remains yours. By uploading images or content, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver that content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Specifically:

  • We are not responsible for actions taken by Facebook, including account restrictions or suspensions resulting from your use of automation tools.
  • We are not responsible for posts or messages sent incorrectly due to browser issues, extension conflicts, or connectivity problems.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be compatible with all browser configurations, or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account dashboard at account.yourmarketingpal.com or by contacting support. Closing your account removes access to all Pal tools. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and close your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which YourMarketingPal operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
